I wrote a post at The Superfluous Man on how the government’s promotion of employer-provided insurance and ideas like the “insurance mandate” help to keep people tied more tightly to their employers here.

Just saying hi. Interesting site you have here. I came across an old post, thought it was really interesting so I decided to look around a bit. I’ll probably be back from time to time.

I was just told rather politely that my friendship with Chris Sciabarra renders me unfriendable on Facebook. I responded by publically announcing I will stand by Chris’s honor. Let’s see how many other people desert me heh

The guy who defriended you on Facebook was an unbelievable loser. Anyone who has integrity will respect you for demonstrating yours. Anyone who really values friendship will respect you for being a loyal friend.

What the fuck is wrong with these people?

The question is mostly rhetorical. But sometimes it’s just morbidly fascinating to see it in action.

    Cool

    : )

I suppose there’s hope for humanity yet.
