1) Two young men have been sentenced to four years in prison, after they created pages on Facebook which were judged to be inciting riot, although no actual rioting occured.
2) A man was arrested and held in custody for nine days after he was falsely accused of committing arson during a riot. Unfortunately, his own home was destroyed by fire while he was in custody. The local police had posted his name and address on Twitter and announced that he had been arrested on suspicion of arson. As yet, there is no sign of anybody connected with the police being charged with incitement due to that posting.
