Shameless Self-promotion Monday
Here's a pretty old post from the blog archives of Geekery Today; it was written about 15 years ago, in 2009, on the World Wide Web.
As you may know, today is National Labor Relations Day, a day of mourning and reflection in this secessionist republic of one. But, hey, it’s also a three day weekend, and since yesterday I was out all night at a literary function with L., I’ll also take this day to note that it’s never too late for Shamelessness.
What have you been up to over the past week? Write anything? Leave a link and a short description for your post in the comments. Or fire away about anything else you might want to talk about.

I attempted to do justice to some fairly expensive commodities that were dumped into my lap by relatives.
i should probably write about my upbringing in a voluntary community but writing about other stuff just seems so much more conducive to a productive life.
I’m quite tired, frankly, of being the lone freak of nurture in the room and can’t imagine how reliving the Ashram childhood will help. What say ye? Forget or retell?

While battling extreme tooth pain this week, I did a small write-up on the Obama Indoctrination of the School Children speech; I warn you, I was doped up on percoset because I was waiting until today to get a tooth pulled. It’s some frustration about “stay in school or the terrorists have won!” undertones of his speech.
