Shameless Self-promotion Sunday

It’s Sunday again. A day of love, a day of rage, a day of Shamelessness.

I just got back in and am trying to recover from doing the biggest Food Not Bombs food pickup I have ever seen, then rolling out immediately afterwards to do Food Not Bombs in the park on a day where the temperature is a brisk 110 degrees Fahrenheit. After I’ve taken about 4 more cold showers, I’m going to get packing — I’m off to the Alabama for two weeks visiting my kinfolks. (For fig-harvesting season, and for my 29th birthday, which happens to fall in the middle of it.)

Merrie Melodies Against Monopoly

This is an accurate illustration of an important point in the defense of free culture against Intellectual Monopoly.

It is also deeply disturbing.

Show it to anybody who needs some basic orientation in anti-monopoly arguments against IP. But only if you also want to creep them the hell out in the process.
