Shameless Self-promotion Sunday: Diluvial Mother’s Day edition
Here's a pretty old post from the blog archives of Geekery Today; it was written about 12 years ago, in 2012, on the World Wide Web.
Most of the week this week I’ve been spending tidying up, and prepping a lot of material for Fair Use Repository, some of which you can see in the recent posts at the Fair Use Blog, and some of which is soon to come along behind. Meanwhile, to-day, it is cool and cloudy outside, but not all crisp; it’s been pouring all day, and everything here is somewhere between dewy and soggy. What better day for calling Mom, and then staying inside with a good manuscript, a hot tea, and some Shamelessness?

I’ve finally got the resources together to start on the “Works of Bakunin in English” project, and I’ve been amusing myself translating a short essay he wrote in very early, in 1837. And I’ve been puttering away at Dejacque’s “The Revolutionary Question,” which combines some of his practical transitional program with absolutely fire-breathing bits of radical class-war strategy. But the writing for the week was a “Note on slavery and the origins of property,” which has been generating a lot of traffic on the blog, but no comments.
Off topic, but I wrote a Firefox add-on.
