    Good cartoon —

    [nitpick] except for the implication that Galileo’s trial was about the shape of the earth. (FWIW, Thomas Jefferson made the same mistake.) In fact Galileo and his accusers all agreed that the earth was round; the question in dispute was whether it went round the sun or vice versa. [/nitpick]
